1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MissionHub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

2. Platform Role

MissionHub operates as a neutral marketplace connecting Clients and Doers (independent contractors). MissionHub is not:

• An employer of Clients or Doers
• A party to any agreement between Clients and Doers
• Responsible for the actions, quality of work, or safety of users
• A guarantor of mission completion or payment

3. Independent Contractor Status

All Doers operate as independent contractors, not employees. By becoming a Doer, you acknowledge:

• You are self-employed and responsible for your own taxes
• You are not entitled to employee benefits
• You control how and when you perform missions
• MissionHub is not liable for your actions or safety

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not post or accept illegal missions
• Use the platform payment system exclusively
• Communicate respectfully

6. Payment Terms

• Clients pay upfront; funds are held until mission approval
• Platform fee: 18% + €0.50 per mission
• Payments released upon Client approval or after 72 hours of completion
• Refunds subject to dispute resolution

7. Disputes

Disputes are handled by MissionHub administrators on a case-by-case basis. Admin decisions are final. Resolutions may include full refund, partial refund, or release to Doer.

8. Limitation of Liability

MissionHub is not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of users
• Quality or completion of missions
• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of income or business
• Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or harm the platform or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
