Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines what missions and behaviors are allowed on MissionHub.

2. Strictly Prohibited Missions

The following types of missions are absolutely forbidden:

Violence & Harm:

• Any mission involving physical violence or harm to people or animals
• Threats, intimidation, or assault
• Use or procurement of weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials

Illegal Activities:

• Theft, burglary, robbery, or shoplifting
• Vandalism or property damage
• Trespassing or breaking and entering
• Drug purchase, sale, or distribution
• Fraud, scams, or identity theft
• Money laundering

Harassment & Stalking:

• Stalking, following, or monitoring someone without consent
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Blackmail or extortion
• Revenge missions or doxxing

Minors:

• Any mission involving or targeting minors (under 18)
• Missions near schools or playgrounds without legitimate reason
• Missions that could endanger children

Sexual Content:

• Prostitution or escort services
• Sexual or explicit content creation
• Adult entertainment missions

Hate & Discrimination:

• Missions promoting racism, sexism, homophobia, or hate speech
• Discriminatory missions targeting protected groups

Privacy Violations:

• Unauthorized surveillance or recording
• Hacking or unauthorized access to systems
• Sharing private information without consent

3. Allowed Mission Examples

These types of missions are generally acceptable (if legal and safe):

Errands & Shopping:

• Grocery shopping
• Picking up items from stores
• Waiting in line for product releases
• Returning items

Delivery:

• Delivering letters or packages
• Food delivery
• Document courier services

Yard Work & Cleaning:

• Lawn mowing
• Leaf raking
• Snow shoveling
• House cleaning (with consent)

Friendly Pranks:

• Harmless, consensual surprise parties
• Silly messages or videos for friends (non-harmful)
• Birthday surprises

Messages & Communication:

• Delivering verbal messages
• Singing telegrams
• Reading scripts or speeches

Costumes & Performances:

• Wearing costumes for events
• Street performances (where legal)
• Dance or music performances

Videos & Photography:

• Recording public events
• Creating promotional videos
• Photography services (non-explicit)

Research & Data Collection:

• Surveys and interviews (with consent)
• Market research
• Public information gathering

4. User Conduct Rules

All users must:

• Treat others with respect
• Communicate clearly and honestly
• Use only the platform payment system
• Not share external payment information in chat
• Report suspicious or prohibited missions
• Complete accepted missions in good faith

5. Content Moderation

We use automated filters and admin review to detect prohibited content. All missions and chat messages are monitored.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations
• Mission Removal: Prohibited missions deleted
• Account Suspension: Temporary ban
• Permanent Ban: Account termination
• Legal Action: Serious violations reported to authorities
• Payment Forfeiture: No refunds for banned accounts

7. Reporting Violations

If you see prohibited content or behavior, report it immediately through the platform. We investigate all reports confidentially.

8. Gray Areas & Admin Discretion

Some missions may be borderline. Admins have final discretion. When in doubt, contact support before posting.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to address new issues or legal requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes.
